Victor-Oluwasegun Akinade is the founder of The Pathfinder Youth Networks, a not-for-profit Non-governmental Organization based in Lagos, Nigeria, with the vision of raising purpose-driven youths for global impact.

He has over a decade of experience in youth development initiatives, with past and ongoing work experiences in the oil and gas, education, and catering industries, and has coached over ten thousand youths through various seminars and youth conferences across four states in Nigeria and Ghana.

A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and the University of Lagos, Akoka, with professional and pastoral certifications and training on leadership and pastoral ministry, public speaking, counselling, entrepreneurship and Health, Safety & Environment from leading organizations such as the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria, Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Living Faith Church, Daystar Leadership Academy, United States Consulate, and Fate Foundation to mention but a few.

Victor-Oluwasegun Akinade is an Author, Certified Counsellor, and HSE professional with a downstream company in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry, and a member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON).

Victor-Oluwasegun Akinade is strongly driven by values such as Godliness, excellence, honesty, fairness, creativity, love, and service to humanity, and he currently serves as a volunteer Chaplain at the Mountain Top University.
